Search by Name, Date, and/or Instrument Type
Name: Type: Compressed   Partial

Instrument Type: Instrument Types. Leave blank for all instrument types, or enter a specific instrument type, or enter multiple instrument types separated by commas, or select instrument types from the drop-down list.

Search Instructions
  You can search by Name, by Instrument Type, by Date Range, by the Florida State Instrument Number or by Official Records Book and Page.
Name For best results, when searching for a person please enter the last name and at least part of the first name.
Enter last name then (optionally) space then first name. You can enter a partial name (e.g. SM as a partial for SMITH), then page through the list of names by clicking the numbered HYPERLINK on the results page to find the record of interest.
You may leave the name field blank and select a beginning and ending date to look up all documents filed during the selected date range.
You may leave the name field blank and select a beginning and ending date and an Instrument Type to look up all documents of particular type (e.g. DEED) filed during the selected date range.
Begin Date Format: MMDDYYYY
If no begin date is entered, the default is 01011987, the beginning of the County computerized records.
End Date Format: MMDDYYYY
If the end date is not entered, the default is today's date.
Instrument Instrument Types - Three to seven character code for the instrument type. (e.g. DEED) The default is all instrument types, as indicated by a blank.
Book Official Records Book Number. Use the Official Records Book and Page Search form if you know the exact OR Book and Page. The Book field must be 5 characters long. Example: to enter Book 101 enter 00101. The first character may be alphabetic. Example: P0100
If you are searching by name, leave the Book and Page fields blank.
If you enter OR Book, you must also enter OR Page.
Page Official Records Page Number. Use the OR Book and OR Page if you know the exact Official Record Book and Page. The Page field must be numeric. Leave this field blank (or set to "0") if you are searching by name. If you enter OR Page, you must also enter OR Book.
Instrument Number State of Florida standardized Instrument Number. This search will yield identical results to an Official Records Book and Page search. The Instrument Number begins with a two digit year and is followed by a six digit sequence number. For example, the first Official Record of year 2001 would be requested by entering 01000000. You must enter all eight digit
